Rates for Accommodations:
Taxes and Service Charge: Rates are nightly, subject to 11.5% tax, based on European Plan, for single or double occupancy. Meal and beverage checks are subject to a 6.5% tax and 20% service charge. Rates, state & local taxes subject to change without notice.
Check-in Time: After 4:00 p.m. / Check-out Time: Prior to 12 noon.
Early Arrivals and Late Departures: If your arrival is early or you require a late departure we recommend you reserve your room for the prior or additional night respectively. Late check-out charges apply.
Maximum Occupancy: Maximum 2 guests can occupy the Superior and Flagler Club Ocean View guest rooms (300 sq. ft.) with existing bedding due to safety and fire hazard concerns.
Rollaways: No rollaways are permitted in Superior and Flagler Club Ocean View rooms due to safety and fire hazard concerns.
Bedding Preferences: Not guaranteed at time of booking, subject to availability.
Surcharge for 3rd Adult: $50.00 per night plus 11.5% tax - available only on Deluxe room categories or higher unless otherwise noted (maximum 3 adults).
Family Plan: Children 16 and under, when staying in the same room with parent(s), are free. Deluxe and higher categories are recommended for families. Rollaways are available for Deluxe and higher accommodations at no charge (request prior to arrival). Children 2 and under eat free when ordering from our existing children's menu.
Deposit Information:
February 19, 2009 - April 12, 2009: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking, which is applied to the last night of your stay. You may change the departure date up to and including 14 days prior to the arrival date, subject to availability. If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee applies. In the event that you fail to arrive on the intended date of arrival, your reservation will be released and the deposit will be forfeited. Upon request, your reservation can be reinstated subject to availability. State & local taxes of 11.5% are collected upon check-out.
April 13, 2009 - November 21, 2009: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking, which is applied to the last night of your stay. December 16, 2009 - January 3, 2010: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. Full prepayment is required by November 1, 2009 during this holiday period. Full prepayments are non-refundable if reservations are cancelled after November 1. On November 2, 2009, a full non-refundable deposit will be taken.

Booking Policy: The Breakers accepts reservations up to 12 months in advance; waitlists are not offered for dates outside the 12-month period.
